These terms are an agreement between you and Pediaca, LLC ("we") for the Calmcuff app and the website calmcuff.app. By using them you accept these terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The app
Calmcuff is free to download. Some features need an optional subscription ("Calmcuff Pro" or "Plus"). What is free and what is paid is shown in the app before you pay.
Calmcuff is a logging and organizing tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, it does not take readings, and it never recommends medication or doses. Reference ranges are shown for information only. Always talk to your clinician about your numbers. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are purchased and billed by Apple through your Apple Account.
- Free trial: if a plan includes a trial (7 days), you won't be charged until it ends. We remind you before it ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancel any time: in the app (Settings → Membership) or in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Your data is yours whether or not you pay. Exporting it is always free.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or the website.
No warranty, limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Pediaca, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, except where your local consumer law gives you more protection.
